RECORD OF ORDINANCES

 Ordinance No. 06-5 - Passed February 15, 2006

 

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CLERK TO SUBMIT AN AMENDED CERTIFICATE TO THE WASHINGTON COUNTY AUDITOR.

 

WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Council of the Village of Beverly, additional funds are available through loans, grants or unappropriated funds for designated projects or expenditures within the village and

 

WHEREAS, it is necessary for the clerk to amend either The Certificate for the Total of All Sources Estimated for Expenditures and/or The Certificate of Appropriations.

 

NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Beverly, County of Washington, State of Ohio, as follows:

 

          SECTION 1: Council authorizes the Clerk to submit an amended certificate to the

          County Auditor.

 

          SECTION 2:  An emergency exists effecting the public health, safety and general

          Welfare of the citizens of the Village of Beverly, and that this Ordinance shall

          take effect and be in force immediately upon passage.
