Course Description
A new course for entering freshmen to help students to develop learning skills and strategies, The Freshman Experience
introduces assignment planning and time management as well as the high school's policies and procedures. We will familiarize
students with graduation options and requirements, with the high school structure and with the extra-curricular activities
available to them.
An introduction to life-planning, this course will assist you to understand the requirements placed on you for a
successful high-school career and post-secondary education as well as providing you with tools to accomplish your goals. It
will provide opportunities for you to explore your goals, values, and personal and learning styles.
