Analysis of Investment Proposals
I review business plans, Private Placement Memorandums, SCOR offerings, Reg A & D offering and related proposals for investors
who are wise enough to seek an outside opinion, before they risk their money on the venture.
My job for you is to find two logical, factual or structural flaws with the proposal or to uncover seriously negative information
about the principals of the company. By limiting the review to two major flaws, I can save time and the investor money. If
I can’t find any problem with the proposal that would preclude me from investing in the project, I won’t charge
you for my review services.
Investors can simply snail mail the investment package to William Cate, POB 276, Pescadero, Ca 94060-0276. You need not enclose
any payment. However, please ensure that I have your contact information including your email address. I’ll bill you
with my review of the package.
Investment Recovery Service
If you suspect that you are in trouble with a speculative investment that you’ve made, you are probably right. The time
to act is BEFORE the business closes its doors. There is some chance that I can help you cover part or all of your risk capital.
