You only get one chance to make a good impression on an investor. If your business plan has logical, factual or structural
issues, you are wasting your time and money trying to use it to raise money for your company. If you want to know the problems
in your business plan, have me review it.
Strategic Planning Advice and Help
If you lack a Strategic Plan, your company lacks direction. You can’t achieve something that you haven’t defined.

Venture Capital Funding
While I won’t fund a private company, I advise several Venture Capital Firms that do so. I’m always willing to
review without charge a 300-500 word Executive Summary that concisely answers four questions:
1. What do you have?
2. What do you want?
3. What would you do with the money if you got it?
4. What are you willing to give up to get the money.
If I feel that any Venture Capital Firm that I know might be interested in your proposal, I’ll send them your email.
I’ll be paid by the Venture Capitalist, when they decide to fund your company.
