Employment with Beowulf Investments

Beowulf Investments is seeking to build a network of small offices around the world. We are seeking quality staff to run these offices. Currently, we’d like to find staff for offices in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Canada, Mexico and Australia. We are willing to consider opening offices elsewhere, if the applicant appears qualified and we believe that there is a national market for our services.

Qualifications
1. Applicant must be honest, intelligent and a creative problem solver.
2. Applicant must have good communication skills.
3. Applicant must have reasonable English fluency.
4. Applicant must have a college degree. We’d prefer a degree in law, accounting or an MBA.
5. Applicant must have relevant work experience. We’d prefer applicants with employment experience in service industries working with the SME community.
6. Applicant can continue work as a business consultant, attorney, chartered accountant or whatever while working for Beowulf Investments. We have learned that such independent work creates dealflow for Beowulf Investments.
7. Applicant must have a network of at least twenty potential merchant banking clients. This means CFOs or CEOs of companies grossing between US$500,000 and US$3,000,000 who are seeking expansion capital.
8. Applicant’s resume should show some knowledge or experience with most of the Beowulf Investments client services.
9. We don’t discriminate on the basis of sex, race, religion or culture. We prefer applicants that can work with us for at least 15-20 years before retirement.

Job Description
We want you to offer Beowulf Investments’ services to the business community in your country.
1. PIPE financings for corporate expansion purposes.
2. Market a low cost turnkey package that will take the client public in the States.
3. Offer clients M&A advice and assistance on a national, regional or global basis.
4. Office international business and finance consulting help.
5. Develop local government employment grants, loans and assistance for our clients.
6. Offer clients export assistance currently into NAFTA via Canada. And ensure that consistently high quality exports are delivered to our importers in North America.
7. Organize and give workshops on our Merchant Banking Services.
8. Where possible, conduct our export business from your country.
9. Offer immigration advice and help to clients seeking to become citizens of Canada.
10. Offer clients offshore services that include banking, brokerage and incorporation services.

Salary
We pay a base salary plus productions commission. The base salary is whatever a bank assistance branch manager earns in your country. Commissions are based upon production. A competent individual should be earning between US$75,000 and US$120,000 within two years.

Probationary Period
Your first job will be to setup our workshop program in your country [http://home.earthlink.net/~beowulfinvestments/id4.html].(Click Lectures in the left panel) We will pay you your base salary to do so and will pay the meeting room and advertising costs. We assume that you have the contacts to supply the first 20 participants.
