Using the VCP Strategy to Become a Citizen of Canada or the United States
Anyone who has read Venture Capital Profits should realize that our multinational corporation growth strategy can be used
to gain Canadian or American citizenship, without cost to the corporate executive seeking a green card. This Citizenship Tactic
is always included in the company's strategy development plan.
Beowulf Investments is NOT an immigration service. We have access to honest and reputable attorneys willing to work with our
clients seeking citizenship in Canada or the United States.
The preferred choice of many VCP Strategy Corporate Executives is the United States. However, the wiser choice is usually
Canada.

Canadian Benefits:
1. There are no quotas based on nationality. If one meets the requirements, a permanent visa for Canada is issued to you,
your spouse and children.
2. Canada has been voted as one of the best places in the world to live with the highest living standard in the world for
the past 5 years by the UNITED NATIONS.
3. There are no age limits or language requirements for a permanent Canadian visa.
4. Canada offers free medical care and free education.
5. You can apply for Canadian Citizenship after three years of your arrival in Canada. 6. Once you are a Canadian citizen,
there is no visitor visa required to enter the USA.
7. Canada quickly processes visa applications.
8. Canada offers a high quality of life and a low crime rate.
9. There are several other benefits to Canadian citizenship that can't be easily stated in one or two sentences. These benefits
are covered in your initial consultation with Beowulf Investments.
10. In our view, Canada is your best choice for North American citizenship.

The American Citizenship Options
There are four visa options available to the VCP Company.
I. EB-1-3 Multinational Executive Visa
A. It offers permanent US residence.
B. Applicants do not go through the lengthy and burdensome process of labor certification. The only requirement in this regard
is that the VCP Company must furnish a job offer stating that the applicant will be employed in the United States in a managerial
or executive capacity.
C. The VCP Company must have been doing business for at least one year in the United States, before the EB-1-3 Visa can be
used.
D. The EB-1-3 applicant must have worked for the company outside the USA as an executive or manager for at least three years
prior to filing the Visa Application.
E. Working in the VCP Company's U.S. office allows the executive to attain a "green card."
F. This visa is intended to give you permanent residency status in the United States. In theory, it precludes the visa holder
from applying for U.S. citizenship.
II. The L-1 Intra-Company Transfer Visa
A. L-1 Intra-Company Transfer Visa is designed to allow employees of a VCP Company, with an affiliate or subsidiary company
or branch operating in the US, to come to work for that branch in the US.
B. There is no annual quota.
C. The L-1 applicant must have been continuously employed outside the USA by the VCP Company for at least one year within
the last three years.
D. The VCP Company must own the U.S. subsidiary.
E. The applicant must be employed as a manager, executive or have
specialized knowledge.
F. Lastly the applicant must intend to depart the US when his or her
stay is over. However, the applicant may also pursue permanent residency simultaneously without a negative impact on the ability
to keep or extend an L-visa.
III. E-2 Investor Visa
A. It only applies to passport holders from a select group of countries.
B. The VCP Company must be incorporated in one of this select group of countries.
C. The applicant must be an investor in the company.
D. Is the applicant investor "at risk" in the company?
E. Is the applicant investor an active investor in the company?
F. Is the applicant investor's investment substantial?
G. Is the applicant investor managing the company or is he or she an employee?
H. Does the applicant investor possess skills essential to the firm's operations in the United States?
I. The applicant investor must plan to depart the USA when the E-2 visa expires.
In theory none of the above three U.S. Visas allow the visa holder to
become a U.S. citizen. However, attorneys can use any of these visas as a basis for a citizenship application. It takes time
and there is an uncertain outcome to anyone relying on these visas as the path to U.s. Citizenship. The U.S. EB-5 Visa is
the only application that can directly lead to eventual U.S. Citizenship
IV. The statutory requirements of the U.S. EB-5 Visa category are onerous. However, many Beowulf Investments clients set their
sights upon U.S. Citizenship. We have the legal contacts to help those clients achieve their dream. It can be done, without
cost to the individual, but it may take several years to achieve.
The EB-5 Visa
A. This option will cost your VCP's company over US$1,000,000, unless you work with our recommended attorney.
B. There is an annual quota of 10,000 visas. However, only about 1,000 applicants are actually accepted into the United States
each year.
C. There is a rigorous and lengthy application process.
D. The U.S. Government has not issued regulations implementing the revised 2002 EB-5 Law. This means more delays and uncertainty.
E. Qualifying a person for EB-5 status is one of the most complicated subspecialties in immigration law. A sophisticated knowledge
of corporate, tax, investment and immigration laws are all required.
F. VCP Companies must discard normal investment opportunities in favor of investments structured to meet the unrealistic requirements
of the EB-5 Visa regulations.
The attorney that we recommend to our clients offers an EB-5 Visa requiring an investment in their INS pre-approved projects
of US$500,000 for a period of 5 years. The EB-5 Visa processing time will be only 3-4 months for USA approval is usually 3-4
months rather than 1-3 years.

The Belize Citizenship Option
Belize is an English-speaking country on the Caribbean Coast. It is south of Cancun, Mexico. It's a haven for American retirees.
It's a very useful jurisdiction for Beowulf Investments' clients who become Canadian citizens and want to play the VCP endgame
to its most advantageous outcome. It is quick, easy and costs nothing to qualify for a resident visa. Belize citizenship is
very inexpensive.
European Union
We are seeking a well-established Law or Chartered Accountant immigration firm that can offer our clients high quality, reasonably
priced immigration assistance to European Union Counties. We aren’t interested in a finder’s fee or other payment.
We want to ensure that our clients are working with an experienced firm with an excellent reputation. Please contact us, if
you are interested in multinational corporation referrals from Beowulf Investments.
