GVIC isn't for everyone. They are an international group of Ninjas with a unique vision. If you want to be in the vanguard
of the different, this is your Club. It's a quality program for those who can think outside the box.
The breakfast was educational. It's made me decide that I'd rather be a leader into an uncertain economic future than a follower
who will be crushed by that future. I've decided to join the Ninjas and share their adventure. My advice is try to attend
one of their breakfast orientations, before the Holidays. Their website is: http://home.earthlink.net/~beowulfinvestments/globalvillageinvestmentclubwelcome/
Eva, Thanks for your comments.

There is yet another HYI approach to VCC investing. It’s the Global Village Investment Club [http://home.earthlink.net/~beowulfinvestments/globalvillageinvestmentclubwelcome/]
This Northern California VCC plans to do private placements in Asian and European companies, whose shares trade in the United
States. The emphasis is upon risk management and not short-term profit. The system is logical and should work well for those
investors willing to risk their money on companies doing business outside the United States. The amount members’ risk
is small. In theory, your money shouldn’t be at risk for more than two months.
I attended a Global Village Investment Club orientation breakfast with their Executive Director, William Cate. In the two
hours, I learned more about the Stock Market than my broker has told me in the past 20 years. The Stock Market education is
well worth the time and money I spent on the meeting. If you are visit San Francisco, I advise attending one of these orientations.
The Global Village Investment Club is being designed like a Closed End Mutual Fund. Once this VCC has its membership quorum,
no one else will be allowed to join it. Unfortunately, their investment strategy will only be tested after they have their
membership quorum. If you like logic and want to speculate outside the United States this is the VCC for you.
I joined the Global Village Investment Club with the view that my four-year old granddaughter would have a multimillion-dollar
trust fund when she is 21, if logic prevails. If logic doesn’t prevail, I can’t see how I would lose more than
a couple thousand dollars next year. I’ll report upon the progress or lack of progress of my granddaughter’s trust
fund in another year.
