If you disagree with our investment strategy, you shouldn’t join us. Our investment goals are to build a $200,000/year
portfolio of quality stocks by repeatedly risking $12,000. We buy private non-U.S. companies that are making money and take
them public in the States, using the Venture Capital Profits strategy. We buy profitable Non-U.S. private companies that will
benefit from the Environmental Crisis of the next quarter century. And, we have a plan that allows you to pass on to your
heirs for a thousand years wealth without incurring Estate Taxes.
You must be an accredited investor. It ensures that you can afford to lose $12,000 and avoids our need to register our Club.
You could be at risk of losing part of your $12,000 speculative investment for up to six months after you make your first
Private Placement risk capital investment.
If you want to avoid the risks in international investing, you shouldn’t join us. If you believe that all your wealth
should be in America, you shouldn’t join us. We are speculating on foreign companies trading in the U.S, but their audits
are rarely done in accordance with U.S. GAAP standards.
If you don’t intend to meet your obligations as a Global Village Investment Club member, please don’t join us.
You’ll be immediately expelled from our Club as soon as we learn that you aren’t fulfilling your responsibilities
to us.
If you might be interested in joining us, you are welcome to attend a Club Orientation Breakfast or Luncheon. Our goal is
to outline your obligations in being a member of the Club, answer your questions, and outline in detail our programs. After
the Club orientation meeting, you will have two weeks to consider GVIC membership. If you choose not to join, you won’t
be contacted again. The cost of the New Member Orientation Meeting is one hundred dollars ($100), which includes the meal.
Payment is in cash and is expected after we outline the core reasons why prospective members decide against joining us. Without,
question, you can choose to leave the Club Orientation Meeting, before the meeting fee is requested. Orientations are usually
held on Friday, Saturday or Sundays in the San Francisco Bay Area. They are held less regularly in other areas of the United
States and overseas.
Only after attending the New Member Orientation Meeting can you join the Global Village Investment Club. You will receive
the forms to do so at the Orientation Meeting. Membership is three hundred dollars a year ($300/year). You do not have any
obligation to invest in any PIPE or private company that we may propose.
