By email, our members receive a two-page Executive Summary about each proposed speculative investment. The information includes
the audit summary for the company and the audit summary for the proposed cash-producing acquisition. It includes data on the
company and its market. It includes an outline of the Company’s plan to achieve the VCP exit goal. The Executive Summary
includes some data on the Company’s management team. There is a summary of the share structure, insider pooling agreement
and Stock Support Plan.
Members interested in possibly speculating on the company are invited to request the Company’s business plan and full
audit statements. Members who then want to speculate on the Company will email the Club with their decision. Assuming there
are still openings in the subscription, they will be added to the investors’ list.
Cashflow projections are always inflated. We don’t use them in the Executive Summary and discourage their use in the
Company’s Business Plan.
Members will have an opportunity to speculate in ten speculative investments for their three hundred-dollar annual membership
fee. This means that the cost to each member for every speculative opportunity is thirty dollars. If you are seeking to build
a solid stock portfolio, membership in the GVIC is a bargain. However, you do incur obligations to the Club and to the Company
when you participate in these Private Placements.
