We fund publicly-traded operating companies that are evolving into becoming multinational corporations. If this plan makes sense to you, join us.

The Global Village Investment Club was formed in 2003. The Charter Members were a small group of Accredited Investors who had a working relationship with William Cate. He was appointed our Executive Director.

We were originally organized to meet a need in the Over-the-Counter Market for individuals willing to invest, rather than speculate, in non-U.S. operating companies with revenues and assets. The need derives from the excessive costs of Investor Relations Programs that must find buyers for shareholders who quickly sell their shares into any upward move of the share price. We are risk-adverse investors, not speculators. Our goal is to quickly recover our risk capital and defray our profits to maximize our profits. Traditional Venture Capital Clubs allow their members to put their money into private companies with no short-term hope of recovering their risk capital.

The Venture Capital Profits structure makes it nearly impossible for short sellers to sell borrowed or nonexistent shares into the Company’s Market. We ensure that the officers, directors and insiders can't sell their shares by requiring a pooling and vaulting agreement before we do a Private Placement. Our policy is to defer our stock profit as long as the Company's management and insiders are willing to defer their sale of insider shares. We assume that we will all sell to a multinational Mergers and Acquisitions buyer in a few years. This policy maximizes the possible profit for everyone.

We have a strategy that allows our members to recover their risk capital within a couple months of the Private Placement. Our formula is discussed at the GVIC New Member Orientation Meeting. If you disagree with our investment recovery strategy, you shouldn't join our Club. We operate on the principle that we will reinvest the same $12,000 again and again. Once your stock portfolio exceeds the $12,000, you are speculating without risk of loss.

We offer our members the opportunity to participate in buying non-U.S. private companies with a global market for their goods and services. These private companies will be put into the Venture Capital Profits strategy and our members will make most of the profit from their eventual sale to multinational corporations. We offer the opportunity to buy private companies with revenue that will prosper during the coming environmental holocaust. And, we offer a plan that allows you to pass on wealth for a millennium to your heirs without seeing it dissipated by Estate taxes.

If what we suggest here appeals to you as a logical Market Strategy you should considering, attending a GVIC New Member Orientation Meeting. You'll have two weeks to consider joining us. If you decide against membership, there will be no further questions or contacts from us.
