Warranty Policies

New Bicycle Warranty

• New bicycles are warranteed by the component manufacturers. Typically, a manufacturer's warranty covers the cost of parts but not labor for the repair.  Refer to your owner's manual for specific terms of a manufacturer's warranty.
• If you buy your bike from Belfast Bicycles (except BMX and "Trick" bikes), during the first year of ownership we will...
• perform the labor to repair, replace or adjust a warranteed part free of charge.
• perform a "First Service" free of charge. The first service should be performed after approximately 20 days of use.
• adjust components anytime upon request.
• Labor to repair or adjust BMX and/or "Trick" bikes is NOT provided free of charge for any period.

• While we strive for perfection, on the very rare occasion a repair may not meet your satisfaction. If you believe that Belfast Bicycles made a bad repair, return immediately and allow us to inspect your bicycle or component. Repairs performed incorrectly by Belfast Bicycles will be corrected free of charge.
• If the bike is within city limits, we will pick it up for you and deliver it when we're done, free of charge.
