Other information to include in a personal file, local mortuary discount information, invitation to local meetings, and instructions on what happens if a death occurs elsewhere. In most cases, membership in one alliance is transferable to another elsewhere for a nominal charge. For a national list, consult the National Funeral Consumers Alliance.
