Rates, Information and Availability

Our condo is located in the Valley Isle Resort, 4327 Lower Honoapiilani Road, nestled right on the beach in the resort town of Kahana. Kahana is 7 miles north of the historic whaling village of Lahaina, 3 miles north of Kaanapali and 2 miles south of Kapalua. It is 25 miles from Maui's main airport of Kahului (OGG) and a short half mile drive from West Maui - Kapalua airport (JHM). Our unit is on the ground floor, single level and is easily wheelchair accessible. You will not encounter any steps from the moment you arrive until you are lying in the sand! And at more than twice the size of most luxury hotel suites, you'll have plenty of room for an extended stay.

Everyone here is warm, welcoming and accommodating. This is our second home. Welcome, relax, and treat it like you would your own home during your visit. Enjoy!

Rates are US$185 per night, and US$205 per night during holidays or special events. All rates are subject to Hawaii taxes of 13.4%, and are based on a seven night minimum stay. Shorter stays are available at a higher rate. Discounts are available for stays over 28 days. Rate includes on-site parking and wi-fi internet access. Our condo will be freshly cleaned prior to your arrival and a supply of linens for your stay will be furnished. It will be cleaned after your departure. Additional maid service is available for an additional charge. To give the maids enough time to do a first-class job we ask that you check-in no earlier than 3PM and check-out no later than 11AM.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

As this is our vacation home (and not our business) we try to keep things simple. We accept personal checks from U.S. banks. We also accept Bank Checks or Money Orders in U.S. funds. A five night deposit is required within ten days of booking your reservation or your dates will be released. Payment in full must be received at least thirty days prior to arrival. Once a reservation is confirmed, all cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee with no exceptions. We understand things happen and you may need to cancel. If so, we'll try to rebook your nights and refund to you all nights we are able to rebook, less the $100 cancellation fee.
