Mighty 1090 under contract with Padres thru 2007 to broadcast every game, including all Spring Training and Postseason games. The deal includes ab option for 2008. (They are paying the Padres $5M a year in 2006 and 2007 for the rights to those games. Additionally, in 2004 and 2005, XPRS has control over the broadcasters, but in 2006 and 2007, the Padres control the broadcasters.)
