An exclusive creation of International Resourcing Services, Inc., Northbrook, Il 60062 C1995. Made in China. These are the same people who distribute Liberty Falls. Dated 1995.

A company spokesman has informed me that IRS Inc. has changed hands since this set was discontinued and they are unable to provide any information about it.

 

These buildings appear to be made of resin, and are very crude in comparison to the porcelain collections.  Here are examples of the box and a building.  The photos below were scanned from the brochure.
