Rhubarb Crunch

Ingredients:

 

9 cups diced rhubarb
2 cups sugar
6 T flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup vegetable shortening

Directions:

 
  1. Combine first 3 ingredients.  Place into a greased 13x9x2" pan
  2. Combine brown sugar, oats and flour.  Cut in butter and shortening until crumbly.  
    Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture
  3. Bake 40 minutes @ 375. 
  4. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or milk
