Directions:
- Combine rice with cottage cheese
- Brown ground beef or turkey and onion in large
skillet. Add tomato sauce, garlic salt, brown sugar,
salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley flakes. Cover and
simmer 15 minutes
- Layer into greased 2-quart casserole in following order: 1/3
of rice mixture, 1/3 of meat sauce. Repeat two times and
top with shredded cheese
- Bake at 325° for 30-40 minutes or until
hot and bubbly
