5-6 cups cooked pasta

 | 2 medium carrots sliced or shredded
|
 | 2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
|
 | 4 green onions, sliced
|
 | 1/2 white onion sliced in quarters
|
 | 1 tomato, cubed
|
 | 2 cups broccoli, cut up small
|
 | 1/3 cup sliced black olives
|
 | 1/2 green pepper, diced
|
 | 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
|
 | 2/3 cup salad dressing
(Italian and Ranch are both good)
|
|
Mix all ingredients and chill.
This is really good, especially for a cool summer meal! |
