- Mix flour, 1/2 cup butter, and 1/4 cup brown sugar together and press firmly
into a greased
13 x 9 inch pan.
- Bake 10 minutes @ 350°.
- Mix the eggs,
2 cups brown sugar, and the salt thoroughly, then stir in the coconut, walnuts,
lemon juice, and lemon rind.
- Spread evenly over partially cooked bottom layer.
