condition of the above obligation is such that whereas

a child of age

is by the court this day bound by indenture to the said until he attains the age

of twenty one years. Now therefore if the said shall not

remore or cause or suffer the said Apprentis to be removed or carried beyond

thelimits of Burke County and Shall at the time he shall attain the age of

freedom produce and deliver up said apprentis to the County Court of Burke

County and or all times when there unto required shall produce s`d Apprentice

before the said Court then this obligation to be void and of no effect otherwise

to remain in full force and Virtue Signed sealed and delivered the open Court
