I Developed Cultural Competence.

I would like to share with all the members of this forum. That I have just finished my mandatory course in 'Developing Cultural Competence'. I would like to share with all the members of this forum the ways in which this will impact our relationship.

First of all, no matter what skin color you have, what your ethnicity may be or whatever subset demographic you may be a part of. I can understand your pain and your point of view on everything. However for the sake of full disclosure. I know that my socialized environmental 'mental tapes' are in full effect, and I cannot easily override them. So even though I can understand your pain and your point of view on everything. I cannot feel your pain. It is the Republican in me. You should, however, accept me for who I am. Because I know I can accept you, for who you are.

So if you have a technical question of some kind I will help you. No matter what demographic subset you may belong to. That is, unless you are one of those people, with the thought process of a yellow short bus rider. Because no amount of Developing Cultural Competence training can acclimate me enough to help you people.

My yellow short bus prejudice aside. Now that I am a fully Developed Culturally Competent Person (DCCP), and a minority to boot. I am now due for a raise. For helping out all of our very culturally diverse members. I think that nothing less than a 7% raise would suffice. I am sure that the administrators of this site would agree.

Administrators are you reading this? Can you feel me? Do you understand what I am saying? Do you know how this will affect our relationship?
