 The Wall Street Address.

Four score and 12 month's ago the U.S. Supreme Court brought forth to this nation a new administration. Dedicated to the proposition that government by the wealthy and for the wealthy makes for a more perfect Union. To achieve this more perfect Union, we needed to undo most of the work done by our predecessors. It has not been easy to undo the work of our predecessors and achieve our goal of a more perfect Union. But we endeavored to persevere and have made great strides. So much so, that for many decades, perhaps even many centuries to come. Our names will be synonymous with our accomplishments.

From our deft handling of 911, which we fully investigated and found that we bore absolutely no responsibility for. To the flood ravaged victims of Katrina. Where we once again proved that we were not responsible for the plight of those who suffered from Katrina's wrath. In fact it was our swift response to the crisis which help mitigate the tragic events of the day. The failures of our predecessor's would not be ours. We would do what they could not do.

To insure the great cause of our new administration, we have engaged your enemies. We invaded the country, Iraq, directly responsible for 911. We quickly and efficiently did away with the mastermind of 911. We made Iraq once again safe for oil executives seeking untold amounts of profits. This was not an easy thing to do, but one that we did well. With the help of the semi precious lives of your son's and daughter's, just a mere 1 trillion dollars of your tax money and a healthy dose of secret prisons infused with torture. We have made our Union, that much more perfect. We have shown this nation and the world that we can handle a crisis, any crisis.

Which brings me to the reason for this address. Thanks to our predecessor's blatant neglect of our financial institutions we were unable to avoid another major financial crisis. Even though we had the foresight to remove much of the cumbersome regulations which were holding our financial institutions down. It was not enough. On this solemn occasion I am here to tell you that we will be taking at least 700 billion dollars of your taxes, to bail out some of the highest paid corporate officers, of our more perfect Union.

Make no mistake America, their jobs and their enormous salaries must be saved. I know that as a nation that shuns national health care because of it's cost and it's socialist nature. That a nation that detests all of the welfare we dole out to the poorest of minorities among us. That you will see the need, and rise to the occasion of helping the richest among us maintain their wealth. Trickle down is not just an often used term in a R. Kelly trial, it is the best financial philosophy for maintaining a more perfect Union.

History will not remember the names of the corporate officer's which we will so valiantly help. Nor will they remember the names of your semi precious son's and daughter's sacrificed for oil executives seeking untold amounts of profits. Or the bodies washed away by Katrina's flood waters. But rest assured that the trillions upon trillions of debt that we will leave to your children's children's will not be forgotten.

Nor will the great names of Dick Cheney, Condoleezza Rice, Karl Rove, Donald Rumsfeld and yours truly George W. Bush. Our names will ring throughout history for hundreds of years to come. For we brave few have given you a more perfect Union. Via government without competence, without conscious and without consequences for the wealthy. May God bless you according to your wealth.
