Our Home was remodeled in 2004, which included the addition of approximately 1,000 square feet of living spaces. Some
of the remodeling highlights include:
· expansion of the living room and kitchen with bar
· addition of a separate dining room (sits on an elevated
floor)
· expansion of an old bedroom and its conversion to
a recreation room with wet bar
· addition of two bedrooms and a bathroom with Jacuzzi
tub
· installation of a 12’ X 25’ kidney-shaped
swimming pool (fenced-in and wide decks)
· complete redone of the decks (to 10 feet wide; with
built-in benches; accessible from ground, mid, and upper levels; and addition of Crow’s Nest)
· addition of carports and driveways
