Greetings!

Thank you Scouts and parents! All 8 of our Scouts have finished the bobcat trail! The Bobcat badge will be awarded at our pack meeting. Bring the whole family to the pack meeting; don't forget Grandparents and other close relatives and friends.

In our den, we are working on Section 2.

For requirement 2a and 2c, we reviewed the pledge of allegiance and flag care in our last Den meeting. Please review at home and sign the Akela's OK.

For requirement 2b, one Scout will lead the Flag ceremony at our pack openings, till all scouts have had a turn. I will sign the Scout Akela's OK at the Den meeting.

For requirement 2d and 2e, the California flag and flag folding, we will do these in our next den meeting in October. I will sign the Scout's Akela's OK at the Den meeting. (if you want, you may work on these at home also.)

For requirement 6a, make a collection, once your collection is complete bring it to the den meeting and have your scout show it off.

Either the parent or I can then sign the Scout's Akela's OK. There is no rush, the scout has till February  to complete this project, see the Wolf book pages 71 and 72 for ideas or make up your own.
 

Uniforms:

The Bobcat badge is worn on the left pocket centered just below the pocket button.
