Calico Car Camp Outing

Feb. 1 to Feb. 3   Friday to Sunday

What:  To Calico Park campground. Tour Calico, two night camping at Calico.
            Sunday morning service in Calico and then a 5 mile hike in Odessa Canyon.
           Two nights camping, Weather looks good. High  tba   low tba      rain 0%     wind 

When: Be at the ONC  Friday  Depart SMCC Friday Time 4 PM  North Parking Lot.
             Return Sunday Time  1  PM  South Parking Lot .   Scout will call to let parents know if we are on time.

Where: Group Camp site # F5, F6 and F8  name D.S. 

Cost:  $20.00 for Camp, food

RSVP to Scoutmaster,            Drivers needed.

Families welcome, families must supervise children at all times and cook own food, camping only $5 each.

Parents only, talk to  Scoutmaster Martin  Deveau about food - Adult Patrol.

Day will be nice and the night cold

Bring: Bed pad, mummy type sleeping bag, clean sweats pants or long under wear to sleep in, beanie hat that must be able to cover ears, gloves for warmth, Warm Jacket (scarf for warmth if you have one.)  and gear in duffle bags  (or Backpack ok.) (Class A and B). Also Bring all the 10 ESSENTIALS !   Notebook, Pen and Pencil in Day Pack.

Secrets to Winter Warmth

Come in Class A (with ready to change to Class B, Troop 373 T-shirt, or any BSA T-shirt or solid color if you do not have 373 one.)

RSVP to Scoutmaster   Report if you are not coming or departing with the Troop.
