Aug 1, to Aug. 6 2009 NOAC 2009 will be at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

We will be leaving around the end of July (31) and get back around the first week of August (6 or 7).
In 2009 there will be over 8,000 Arrowmen from all across the nation!! National Order of the Arrow Conference.
There will be dodge ball, capture the flag, and many more games to play. If you don't like cooking, this is the trip for you. You don't have to cook, it is done for you. You don't like tents, no problem. We stay in dorms on the campus. NOAC 2006 cost was about $650. If you think that it might cost too much, bring your friends. The more people we have go, the cheaper it will be. If you start paying now, you won't have to pay huge amounts before we leave. The biggest amount you have to pay at one time is the $100 down payment, as long as you don't wait until the last minute.

Qualifications for Scouts:
• Be at least a First Class Scout at time of attendance at Jamboree
• Have completed sixth grade or be at least 12 years of age by July 1, 2010, and have not reached his
18th birthday by August 2, 2010.
• Participate in prejamboree training experience.
• Submit a Jamboree Medical Form
• Be approved by his Scoutmaster and the local council jamboree committee
Financial Details:
Reserve your place now with a $100 Application Non-Refundable Deposit. The total estimated cost for
youth participants will be $??. This fee includes transportation, meals and lodging en route to and from the
jamboree, special patches, neckerchief, patrol and troop equipment, a Jamboree training weekend, and a
sight-seeing trip (2005 Jamboree went to Washington D.C.). A payment schedule will be announced with
installments due beginning Fall 2007, and the final payment due February 2010.

July 12-19, 2008 ArrowCorps5. Order of the Arrow with the U.S. Forest Service will be undertaking the largest service ever done by the Boy Scouts of America.  This project is known as ArrowCorps5 because it is taking place at 5 sites across  America, during 5 weeks and with the help of 5 thousand volunteers.  This will most likely be a one time opportunity for Boy Scouts of America. All Arrowmen, Youth and Adult, over the age of 14 by June 1, 2008 are eligible to attend this event.  You may attend any of the five sites and as many as you want.  All participates must meet the Philmont Weight limits found at http://www.scouting.org/philmont/visitors/planning/weight.html. The cost of every site is $250 dollars, including the $100 dollar deposit due by February 1st, 2008.  The sooner you turn your deposit the better chance you have of getting your first choice site.  This cost does not include transportation. Fill out form and return it to the either Smiser or East side Scout Shop along with $100 for each site you site you plan to go to . Staff does not send their money to the council scout shops.
