The best type is called Wang Shan, Wang Shui, which means good
for money, good for people. This means for the occupants they will
have tremendous wealth possibilities and opportunity and they will
have harmony in family and business. There are 2 middle quality building types,
which are either good for money or good for people and can also
be fine homes if they are balanced correctly by ensuring the 5
elements are placed correctly throughout the home/building and
correcting or negating any negative “sha”. Negative Chi is called
a “sha” and can be in our outside the home/business. Then, there is the
reversed house. It is the type of
house/building that continually runs into obstacles including constant
financial struggle, foreclosure, bankruptcy, multiple divorces
and serious health challenges and sometimes a house may have all
of the problems simultaneously. A great example are foreclosure
homes/buildings that often repeat the cycle. There are quite a
few homes/buildings in this category but a reversed house/building
can be brought up to a neutral or better energy flow that isn’t
draining on the occupants, but it is much better to avoid this
house/building type altogether. This
can be avoided with the initial Feng Shui analysis of the lot and
home design prior to construction. Moving into a new home/building is a important investment decision that
down the road could be costly. It is worth the time and effort
to invest into a Feng Shui appraisal before making that final decision. |
