Barr & Associates shall under its best efforts investigate the matter assigned, and shall conduct the investigation under its sole discretion through any lawful means it deems to be appropriate.

Barr & Associates requires a retainer fee of $500. Expenses incurred above the retainer fee shall be due immediately upon the closure of the investigation. If a balance of the retainer is not required through the investigation, this shall be refunded to the client upon closure of the investigation.

All services and investigations performed by Barr & Associates are subject to a 6% sales tax by the State of West Virginia.
