Ted T. Barr, president and founder of Barr & Associates, is a retired member of the Huntington City Police Department. Mr. Barr joined the Huntington Police Department in 1949, retiring in 1972 with the rank of Captain. Mr. Barr was twice elected Cabell County Sheriff and twice to the County Commission adding further to his knowledge of Government and Law Enforcement activity.
