Our pet is like family, we would like to bring our dog with us?
All of our homes are pet free. Please do not ask to bring a pet. We have never taken our own dog
"Rudy" to the beach houses. If you do choose to bring a pet to one our homes, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your
rental fee for the remainder of the week.

high school / college group is looking for?
No reason to go further. Under
no circumstance will we rent to high school or college group with or without chaperones.

This page will display our most current rates. Discounts rarely occur unless there
is a last minute cancelation.
What is
your cancellation policy?
If you decide to cancel your reserved week, your
rental deposit will be held until the week you reserved is re-rented. Rain, part of the group drops out, and change
of jobs is not an exception for this policy. Exceptions are made for a mandatory hurricane evacuation, family emergencies,
and severe health issues.
