Rental Terms

Must be 25 or older to rent Absolutely no student groups
Pools can be heated during the off season with natural gas for an additional charge of $200/week. Nightly rates are available in the off season at 20% of the weekly rate. Nightly rates are based on a 3 night minimum
All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars. There is an 11.5 % state/county tax on the rental fee and $300 refundable security deposit. 50% of the rental fee is required to be paid within 10 days of booking to confirm the reservation. Until confirmed all rates are subject to change without prior notice. Weekly rates are based on Saturday to Saturday rentals. |
