Home Exchange in Santa Fe, the City Different

Greetings from Charles and Ann Bailus. We are interested in home exchanging with retired or professional people in Europe for a minimum of two weeks.

Our home is a mile from the Santa Fe plaza, in a safe development on the road to the Santa Fe ski basin. There is a club house with tennis, swimming (June through September) and handball courts.

Our car is a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 98,000 miles and is an all wheel drive vehicle.

There is a small wall enclosed patio in back of the house and a fromt porch.

We have mountain views from every room.

There are all types of cultural events, great dining and sporting activities throughout the yearin and around Santa Fe. The only problem is which activity from among the many to choose.

Most of the native American Pueblos (eg. Acoma, Taos, Tesuque, Santo Domingo, Pojoaque, ... etc.) are within easy driving distance. Of course, almost every Pueblo has it's gaming casino.

The nearest airport is 60 miles away in Albuquerque. We can arrange to have you met at the airport and driven to our home at no cost. We would also be willing to deliver you back to the Albuquerque airport at the end of your visit.

There is abundant wildlife at our home. Mule deer visit in the Winter as well as an occasional black bear. There are always cotton tail rabitts, coyotes and many species of birds.
