Registration Process

This season each BAHHA USA Hockey Player/Coach member can do registrations online. Please follow the steps below, or if you don't have Internet access we can help you do it. Click here to access the forms. Prior to the first practice, BAHHA should have the following information either electronically or a paper copy:

· The BAHHA Registration form for the current season

· Consent to Treat

· Code of Conduct

· A copy of the Birth Certificate

· USA Hockey confirmation (see below)

To register for USA Hockey browse to:

Click on: Ice Players/Coaches of Participating Programs

Confirm that you are 18 years or older by checking the box. (only adults may complete the form) Press continue.

Select the season you are registering for. Press continue.

Select whom you are registering. Press continue.

The next windows contain the rest of the registration process. A few items to note:

· There is not room for dashes in your phone number.

· You can register multiple players at once before checking out, but all info (address, etc) will have to be entered for each player, and again for the billing information.

· They only accept Visa or MasterCard. If you don't have one of those, please notify BAHHA.

· The CSC code is the 3-digit number on the back of your credit card, near the signature stripe.

Congratulations, you are now registered with USA Hockey!

You will receive an email confirmation of your registration.

Now the MOST IMPORTANT STEP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you receive your confirmation email (usually takes a few minutes), please forward that note with any additional comments or information to:

register@bahha.org

We will load your information into our system from the email so you don't have to print it out for us.

When we receive your confirmation email, your name will be added to the list of USA Hockey registered players that we have received so far. That list is found at the following link: Registration | 07-08 Registered List.
