The 4th Trimester
The 4th Trimester is a postpartum support and parent education class, held Fridays from 10-noon at the Puget Sound Birth Center. We welcome new parents and parents-to-be looking for information and support during the prenatal to toddler years.

Topics may change depending on availability of guest speakers and facilitators. In general, we will be following the Lake Washington School District schedule; when there is no school, we will also not have class. LWSD snow closures/delayed openings will also cancel class.
