To participate, fill out the registration form (click here for a printable form) and mail, along with your check by April 19th if possible to:

Present pledges on event day, or mail with your entry form and fee.
Walk-up registration is available on event day.
Dogs must be on a leash, should wear a current license tag and have up-to-date shots. For the safety of all participants and other dogs, please use good judgment regarding the temperament of your pet.
