The VO-QDM package is built on top of QML and is intended as a universial structure for holding scientific information in the VO. As the VO centers around Astronomy-based information, so does the VO Quantity. The VO Quantity implements IVOA standards for a quantity data model.

VO-QDM is serialized in XML. To see what this looks like, check out the many examples.

The VO-QDM model is described in both UML and XML schema and is licensed under the LGPL.

At this time there is a Java Package and I have put the Java API documentation online as well.
