My GEDCOM is based on the book "John Woodcock of Rehoboth, Mass." By John Leighton Woodcock, Printed in 1913 by Conkey Press, Chicago, Ill. This book has some errors and omissions.

James A. Woodcock and Aryl-Jeanne Reed completed their "Additions and Corrections to John Woodcock of Rehoboth" in 1995. I have incorporated their work into this list and wish to acknowledge the many hours of hard work that went into the completion of their file.

I have had my original GEDCOM on several on-line searchable genealogy listings since late 1997. Since then I have been able to add approximately 250 names.

WHO AM I? Allan Robert Woodcock born in Santa Monica CA in 1942. My father, Benjamin S. Woodcock was born in Seattle WA in 1914. His father Benjamin H. Woodcock was born in 1892 in Butte MT and his line goes back to Searsmont ME and then to MA.
