LABAHIA TURN VERIN


Turn Verins is a sport oraganization that was very popular in Germany in the 1800s and the German settlers in Washington County formed this club for community activities. The La Bahia is located on State Highway 237 about a mile from US 290 in the very west end of Washington County. They have a hall and other buildings for use by it's members.

La Bahia Turn Verein was organized on July 5th 1879 by the following members:
