How To Order:
For items we produce in-house, follow the below instructions. At this time, On-Line Ordering is available only for items purchased through our Promotional Products web site.
To place an order: Fax (828-274-8996), E-mail or Phone (828-274-0857) us.
We will need the following:
Your name, company, address, phone, fax, email etc.
Style/Part #s & description of the items being ordered
Your choices: wood, color, sport/activity, figurine, size, base etc.
Imprinting instructions for each item ordered, including logos, text etc.
Your due date
Your preferred method of payment (see below)
Request a quotation, ask questions and upload Logos
via E-Mail
Artwork Requirements:
Black and White, "Camera Ready" Preferred (clean, "noise" free)
Digital Formats: JPEG, GIF, BMP, EPS, PLT
Specify the application: Product, Imprinting/Engraving Method
For multiple colored imprinting, color-separated artwork may be necessary. Specify PMS# for all colors if possible.
In-House Production Schedule:
In-stock items with standard engraving: Usually 1 week or less (2 weeks max)
(Ask us about same day shipping.)
New Logo for Engraving/Imprinting: 2-3 weeks
Promotional Products Items: 3-6 weeks
Note: Production time varies depending upon what you have ordered and other customer orders being completed. Our busiest months are April, May, June and December. Ask us if a Rush Charge will apply to your order.
Payment Terms:
New Customers: Prepayment, or 50% deposit & then C.O.D.
Established accounts: Invoiced at Net 10 Days
Applicable sales taxes and freight charges will be added to your order.
Shipping:
Shipment can be made to any address within the Continental United States via United Parcel Service. International customers must have a United States shipping address.
Confirmation/Acknowledgement:
By e-mail, fax or phone within 3 business days of receipt.
