We are currently seeking an experienced Printing Production
Manager, who is energetic, competitive, and driven to succeed with
a solid understanding of today’s growing print industry.
Successful applicants must possess the following qualities and skills:
Excellent listening and problem solving skills, capable of working in a high demand
and fast paced environment. Verbal communication, superior organization, accountability,
and commitment is a must.
You will be a Working Supervisor of the entire company, responsible for all scheduling
and the quality and timely delivery of all finished products.
Our average number of employees is Six.
You must have knowledge of the capabilities of Adobe Creative
Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PageMaker and Acrobat PDF with the PitStop
plug-in.

You also will need to have small format press knowledge of one through four color
printing, including knowledge of the entire bindery/finishing processes.
Possess a valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
Have the ability to quickly and accurately perceive and classify detailed information,
understand and interpret written materials.
THIS IS NOT A DESK JOB.
In our Digital department we print using the Konica line of digital equipment, with
three B&W printers producing over 240 pages per minute and three color printers
producing over 95 pages per minute.
Our pressroom had just been upgraded (December 2006) with all new Ryobi Printing
equipment. Our lead press is a new Ryobi 524 14x20” 4/c with full automation, followed
by a new Ryobi 3200 with all the options. Theses presses demand a large number of
printing plates that are produced using a brand new Mitsabusi DPX Direct to plate
plate setter. The DPXsoftware is comprised of Smarttools, DyanStrip, Trap Pro, utilizing
a Harliquin Rip.
We have a complete bindery department capable of binding most of the work we produce.
Our work flow is comprised of a wide range of printed products— Starting with letterheads,
envelopes, business cards and all kinds of business forms, books, flyers, postcards,
rack cards, brochures, newsletters, posters, banners, coroplast, and magnetic signs
printed in one color, two color and full color designs.
This is a career opportunity with a pay range of 40,000 to 60,000 a year with bonuses.
