We are currently seeking an experienced salesperson, who is energetic, outgoing, determined, and competitive. This position requires outside sales experience, preferably in printing, a high level of integrity and energy, and you must be a team player.

Successful applicants must possess the following qualities and skills:

Excellent listening skills, presentations skills, strong negotiation skills, internal communications informing others, verbal communication, superior organization, closing skills, motivation for sales planning, persistence, meeting sale goals, and the drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.

Successful applicants duties include:

1. Making appropriate calls on existing clients on a regular basis.
2. Calling on qualified new prospects to promote additional and replacement sales.
3. Qualifying sales leads and opportunities.
4. Researching prospects to understand their business position, competition etc. Before contacting.
5. Listening to client needs and problems rather than trying to “sell” print.
6. Working with company team members to match client needs with company abilities.
7. Providing pricing for potential jobs and programs to customers.
8. Providing timely, accurate information to production for job completion including properly completed work orders,
9. Delivering proofs and/or jobs to customers, when appropriate.
10. Filing weekly call reports and expense reports to supervisor.
11. Other assignments as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
12. Strive to create and maintain highest overall client satisfaction level.
13.Obtain client approval for art.
14. Answer all client questions regarding print production and products.
15. Responsible for updating all sales activity and contact information daily into the QuickBooks management program.

Our work flow is comprised of a wide range of printed products— Starting with letterheads, envelopes, business cards and all kinds of business forms, books, flyers, postcards, rack cards, brochures, newsletters, posters, banners, coroplast, and magnetic signs printed in one color, two color and full color designs.

This position is critical to the success of the company. I want the best of the best, nothing less. Nothing happens until somebody sells something. The only reason for being in a business is to create customers. That is your job.

This is a career opportunity with a pay range of 30,000-45,000 a year with bonuses.

Benefits include paid vacation, major holidays, health benefits, personal days and first shift hours. We are open Monday-Friday.
