Served the same purpose as Mine No 31 Lamp House.* Built on the 'South Side" at the same time and served approximately 2,000 miners and was closed in 1956.

Adjacent to Mine 30 Lamp House is the Portal to Mine 30. The mine opening at this location was termed the 'South Side'.
