This website is about an honorable, Vietnam Vet’s four year attempt to overcome some major obstacles, in the hope to bring a politically, powerful and influential New Jersey Law Firm to Justice.

NEW JERSEY JUSTICE

IN A NEW JERSEY LEGAL MALPRACTICE CASE, AFTER REVIEW OF A 'PRO SE' PTSD VIETNAM VET'S EVIDENCE, SUSSEX COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT's JUDGE, HONORABLE RONALD GRAVES DECIDES THAT THE SUPERIOR COURT'S LAW DIVISION IS WARRANTED FOR DAMAGES.

The Honorable Judge Graves made his decision over the objections of the defendant Law Firm's lawyer. Their lawyer happened to be the local Vice-Chairman of New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics. Four years ago, my former wife's attorney tried to make me look like a screaming-RAMBO in the initial Divorce Court Papers. Because of this, I was terrified about losing my two minor daughters. I signed a CONTRACT with a Law Firm, because of their Divorce Attorney. Based on his own negligence, twenty-two (22) days into the CONTRACT, this Divorce Attorney had me fall into Divorce Default . Being thrown in Default and NOT receiving communications from the Law Firm only exacterbated my fears and PTSD Disability.

I was in Default for four (4) months and had to write a letter to the judge to have myself removed. The Law Firm charged me for Default Removal and over-charged me for the whole bill. (Their are still other Ethic Violations as well.)
In spite of my letters and phone calls, the firm finally contacted me about six (6) weeks into the Default.

      Due to all the extra stress, the Law Firm placed me under, the Veterans Administration had accepted me into a 45 Day stay in a PTSD hospital. It's all extremely well documented. My VA medical records clearly state their Ethics Violations.
      I hired the Law Firm, because of their Divorce Attorney. After their Divorce Attorney placed me in DEFAULT, I wrote the Firm a letter.   (Although they CERTIFIED to Attorney Ethics that they received my letter, the Firm NEVER answered it.)    About a month later, they changed my representation from their Divorce Attorney to one of their General Practice Attorneys, who happened to be the Local Vice-Chairman of Attorney Ethics...
       It's been a nightmare ever since!

      About a year later, I beat the Law Firm in Superior Court when they took me to court for NOT paying their inflated bill. I was PRO SE against their Vice-Chairman of Attorney Ethics. The Local Superior Court judge said my counter-claim warranted the Law Division for damages. The Law Firm then played tag-team with a couple of their attorneys against me and then the court transcript was lost within Superior Court, before it was released to me. As far as I know now, their attorney is NO longer Vice-Chairman of the local Ethics Committee and he NO longer works for the firm.

       It took many letters from me and a number of months before the New Jersey OFFICE of ATTORNEY ETHICS admitted to a Conflict of Interest.   I even had to write to New Jersey's Governor McGreevey and the State's Attorney General.

Although I sent clear and easy to understand documentation (CONTRACT, INVOICES, Court documents, etc.) to the Office of Attorney Ethics, the New Jersey State SUPREME COURT agency accepted without question, some extremely misleading and vague CERTIFICATIONS from the powerful and influential Law Firm.

      If I didn't have PTSD, I do NOT think this would be lasting for four years now.

       If the interest to help is there, maybe something can be started with the right people helping out!   During the Vietnam War, packages of needed goods were sent directly through the U.S. Mail to CAP Marines. The U.S. Navy Corpsmen could always use some family medical supplies to pass around. However, because of the War on Terrorism and packages, there might be rules in place now.

      Sometimes, these villages needed schools. The CAP Marines and Navy Seabees did the work for free. However, cost of supplies to build and run the school were donated by CAP Marines' families, friends, former schoolmates, fellow-Church members, etc.   I heard of one CAP Navy Corpsman, who paid for one school himself.

       During the Vietnam War, few Americans ever heard of CAP Villages.

PTSD

Occurs after exposure to a terrifying event or ordeal in which grave physical harm occurred or was threatened.

Causes: Violent personal assaults (physical as well as emotional) such as rape, mugging, child abuse and marital abuse, natural or human-caused disasters, accidents, terrorist attacks or military combat.

Those likely to develop the condition: Rescue workers, survivors of terrorism, accidents, rape; the emotional, physical and sexual abused, as well as other crimes; immigrants fleeing violence in their home countries; survivors of earthquakes, floods, severe hurricanes; and people who witness traumatic events are among the people who may develop PTSD. Families of victims can also develop the disorder.

She was protecting her own Vice-Chairman of Attorney Ethics and his Law Firm. (His Firm was Over-Billing and False-Charging.) She NEVER admitted that she had a CONFLICT of INTEREST.

Do you feel that dragging this case out for over four (4) years is an harassment of their client's PTSD veterans disability. Department of Veterans Affairs professionals strongly believe it is. Medical Records prove it, yet the New Jersey OFFICE of ATTORNEY ETHICS continue to deny this Disabled Veteran justice, which is a major violation of his Civil Rights.

For this Law Firm to openly use their influence over the OFFICE of ATTORNEY ETHICS should be a Federal Crime.
