Raised on a farm in Ohio, Amy had the fortune to grow up with a "boarder collie mix" which was the best dog ever!  She vowed to get one someday for her children and upon her research found the English Shepherd.  With great delight she determined that the old dog she grew up with had to have been just a great sable and white ENGLISH SHEPHERD!  So, know we know.  There is no doubt there isn't a smarter, friendlier, all-round, gentle dog than a good English Shepherd!
