When one is great, wise, good and wants
to find the answers for humanity yet is feeling sluggish, unable to cope with
the row one is hoe-ing, what causes that? When one is dyspeptic and morose,
sludgy, one makes mistakes. Big ones. We have a lack of judgment. We create
wars in Iraq. We go for somebody else’s oil. Or, in our microcosm of a life, we
pick the wrong mate. We live at half our potential, in a stupor, half asleep.
We stay stunted. We don’t tune into and start practicing the soul’s agenda of
realizing all our potential. When one is self-medicating with caffeine, sugar,
booze, we will stay stunted, with lacks in our universe. And one cannot blame
the world condition. The guilty criminal is our knickers in a twist psyche. One
can almost certainly, every time, blame the suffering person's diet.
Either the suffering person is following an ignorant, nostalgia diet,
a series of 'food penchants' (like WHEAT BREAD for breakfast, with eggs and
bacon on top, BOLOGNA for lunch, etc.) or one is ignorantly eating what others
eat ---(cafeteria stew, nuked up TV dinners, macaroni, pasta,) as he
rationalizes that 'that is what the world eats.'
Be certain, this suffering, morose uncreative
person is not on any health food diet. That sludgy person might connect with
the fact that he is eating himself to death and the world is passing him by. To
all sides are powerhouse people making him or her know that very soon he could
be jobless, FLAILING about without help!
If one connects with the reality yet continues spiraling
downward toward entropy, helped by one's food, drink or smoke habits, it
becomes necessary to REALIZE that one probably has some latent death wish.
Death wish exists. Freud said it did. It's very hard to catch in oneself unless
you're prepared to admit that the SIGNS of it are there. Irrational diet being
the main one.
THE PATH TO NEVER AGING, TO TOTAL LUCK AND HEALTH is
finding a superior flavor or thrill in something life-sustaining. Baklava and
black coffee are indeed a hit, but the downside is there. So a plum, or slice
of watermelon might be your new hit. A voluptuous blonde GoGo dancer is quite a
hit, but she may be less life sustaining than a great housekeeper, mother, a
madonna of a wife. Because she drags your charge a plates through the CITY day
and night and ends up draining you.
Many live to play --and live to eat ---and eat to relish but
they end up bummed out and extinguishing their own light with misjudgment,
failure and sorrow.
A lot of unhappy people feel they were short changed by life.
They lost something, which they believe they wanted and needed so they eat and
drink themselves to death as if they could give themselves some last, scant
measure of pleasure, but that too is embracing death and it is done
semi-consciously. It is deliberate death wish.
Now it could be argued, what LIFE or the UNIVERSE
didn't give you, was probably something you really didn't need. That sweet
lover, that big contract. That fame, that wealth. What did the wise man say?
There's nothing worse than getting your wish?
As an astrologer I get a lot of unhappy people at my door. I
tell all of them that the reason why we aren't in ECSTASY CONSCIOUSNESS l00% of
the time and don't persistently work at what they love, script writing,
painting, gardening is DIET.
They don’t persist and go on to attract major luck, great
business offers, huge money, the total wins cuz they’re hanging on the ropes.
The fact they don’t attract love and luck has nothing to do with our stars or
that we didn't get the right figure or the money. It is because we aren't
rising to our highest energy potential.
To combat entropy, low energy, it is necessary to feel
better each day, feel younger. It is necessary to NOT see death staring you in
the face. To not feel those jitters, those blues. That palsied hand. That
spaced out mind. That brain sitting on your shoulders like a lump of lead.
It is necessary to AIM yourself at high energy & MAKE
LIFE enter your body. In California, we do it with a 30$ Wal-Mart juicer,
liquefying celery, spinach, carrots a few times a day. (Juice doesn’t keep,
must be drunk the second it’s extracted!) We do YOGA (stretching the joints
while we inhale deeply and holding that painful stretch), which is one physical
thing that will really rejuvenate the body and make the organs secrete like
they used to. The last is HEALTHFOODS or cave man food. Nothing denaturalized,
nothing nuked.
These are the PHYSICAL, material-world habits that we
activists, intellectuals and artists do to stay young, speed up our vibrational
rate, crank up out minds & bring ecstasy to our soul. Because doing them,
we accomplish lots of hard work! We actually handle all those chores we
promised God we'd do when we got here, and when we do those things, as a
by-product we get the LUCK, LOVE and MONEY, sure, but above all, ECSTASY!
Life diet, health, exercise habits are the MAGIC causes to
get high energy and MAGICAL effects like ecstasy. Just as bad foods give us bad
effects, power foods give magical effects. Meat depresses, in so many ways. For
one, it is a foreign protein. The body and its immune system go wacky when it
senses a foreign protein within it. That depresses our vital aura. And in
another, it's full of fear and grief hormones felt by the animal as it's being
separated, interrupted, carted, trucked and finally smelling death around him,
butchered,
In another way, many foods we think of as standard diet, depress
when it moves thru the digestion SLOWLY where it is heated and where it
putrifies. It moves slowly as it is combined with sticky foods, white flour/
bread, GLUCK like rice or potato. POTATO is fine by itself or with vegies and
salad, but add meat it turns into gluck and goes through the gut like a FELT
BULLET.
Other foods we use give BURSTS then falls. Alcohol caffeine
and sugar give a brief HIGH but then a HUGE low for days or even weeks after
their use. When we use coffee we take from a bank account we can never pay
back. Take it at dawn, by 4PM you need coffee and sugar and pie to recover from
the morning's coffee. Then you can't sleep deeply as now there are two cups
buried in your bowel being absorbed, so next morning, you need... guess what?
MORE COFFEE!
NEXT, start eating SUPER FOODS and avoiding all EMPTY FILLERS
like white flour. UPGRADE every bite. That means when you go to take a drink,
always have a big bottle of freshly squeezed CITRUS. When you eat meat, have a
bowl of dark greens, spinach or romaine, cilantro. Olive oil dressing w. lemon,
not vinegar. Every choice is the ultimate upgrade. Dessert time comes around, a
big slug of real yogurt, the kind that is white, and bleeds when it’s cut. Have
a squished nectarine in there with it, some chopped almonds, some coconut, some
lemon and rind. Make it unusual and full of flavor. My fave dessert is milk,
banana whizzed with nutmeg. In my house, no ice cream, no cokes and as we AVOID
ALL JUNK, there’s no white flour of any kind, ever. Just BIBLE bread, made of
soaked grains, sprouted, then triterated.
Next, do YOGA 1 minute a day minimum. INHALE deep and slow
into a painful Stretch. Seek the weird twist stretches. INHALE and HOLD the
posture while you hold your breath. Exhale and relax the posture.
U-will feel an instant difference --So will others
& LUCK begins! TO REJUVENATE: ELIMINATE dead bodies as the main food
source. STOP EATING DEAD PEOPLE. SUBSTITUTE POWER FOODS: LIVE, VEGIE PROTEINS
*SOAKED, peeled ALMONDS, fresh, RAW, not roasted. Soak nuts 2-3 hrs, or
overnight. Peel (it's astringent, no good, annoys stomach lining) Peel as you
eat! *SPROUTED beans, peas, mung beans, sunflower seeds, garbanzos, alfalfa
seeds, easy to sprout at home, yourself or obtainable at healthfood stores in
bulk. Buy only 1 oz of each, sprout 2 tsps each day in new jars every other
day. Eat 2 big handfuls of sprouts a day, in salads, on VEGIE burgers, or alone
w. salad dressing.*VEGIE burgers. sold in supermarkets/& HFS but best is
you make it at home. You pop them in toaster, then slip between two pcs toasted
sprouted WHOLE GRAIN BREAD, (a protein.) Add mayo, tomato, avocado, onion.
DELISH!! *WHOLE GRAIN BREADS from healthfood store are high protein. WHOLE grains
cause us to LOSE bone, calcium, has PHYTIC acid which excretes minerals causing
osteoporosis, arthritis. In sprouted
grains, phytic acid is de-activated. Don't eat bread made with
inferior flours. Sprouted grains are best, stone ground whole wheat or mixed
grains (spelt, rye, barley, kamut avail only at HFS) are best. When it says
wheat flour forget it, it's white flour, hurts HEALTH. NEVER USE ANY WHITE
FLOUR PRODUCT. SINUS immediately gets stuffy from it. PASTA AND RAMEN are a
joke, nutrition wise. Eat *AVOCADOS, these are the beefsteak on a tree. In a
facial, they remove dead skin. Have with a corn tortilla or
in salad. *EGGS in moderation. A vegetarian can handle a little cholesterol.
*TOFU OR soy bean curd. *Beans, lentils, millet (the best) or quinoa, AVAIL. at
healthfood stores. *Discover HUMOUS, a 'dip' made of garbanzos mashed with
sesame butter (tahini), lemon, garlic. Great on pita, bread or as dip or on
romaine leaves. Avoid margarine, use real butter, clarified if possible. Do it
yourself.
Q&A: NOW THAT
I'M A HEALTHFOOD NUT, HOW DO I REPLACE MEAT?:WHAT ARE VEGIE PROTEINS? SURE,
SOME ARE!
#1 NUTS- NUT BUTTERS, HUMMUS, ROASTED SOY NUTS,
SUNFLOWER SEEDS. These are all proteins, given to us by trees. Keep
all nut butters in fridge. Try sesame butter or tahini made into Humous with
mashed garbanzos, (ask me for recipes). Soak almonds for an hour before you
intend to eat them or overnight. The former: the skin comes off. The latter:
they ae starting to sprout. Which is good. They are in full life EITHER WAY,
phytic acid is dissipated and you don't want it. Either way, you can peel off,
discard those very astringent skin. ALMONDS are high in calcium, delicious,
crunchy, alive and full of power. Take a bag of LIVE (not fried) blanched
ALMONDS to work. Eat a few raisins with them. Yummy combination. Pecans are
fatty, but delicious in moderation. FRIDGE ALL NUTS (oils, too) or they get
rancid.
#2 TOFU- (or tempeh). All supermarkets carry it now. It's a soy
bean curd, flavor soaks up the sauce you use and becomes delicious like
lobster. FERMENTED SOY PRODUCTS like TOFU are better 4-U than unfermented,
fresh SOY BEANS OR bulky Soy concentrates which prolapses bowel and SOY MILK
which leaves a lining in gut, impede assimilation of vits. To cook Tofu, heat
oil, drop in onion, garlic, mushrooms, tofu, vegetables, (pre-soaked dry
shitake mushroom, broccoli, carrots, peas,) saute tofu with vegies then add
Chinese gravy mix of mushroom soy sauce, lobster sauce, vegie broth, 1 tsp
honey, garlic, chile sesame oil, 1 tsp cornstarch and stir until gravy
thickens. Serve on hot, brown basmati rice. (avail at HF Store.) Dash with
toasted sesame seed, scallions, cilantro.
#3-GUACAMOLE-Avocado feels like meat. It is truly the beefsteak
on the tree. Crush avocado w. fresh garlic, chopped onion, lemon
juice, and 1 jalapeno pepper minced. Serve on hot corn tortillas. (heat on
stove flame)
#4-SPROUTS-
Take lentils, beans, mung beans, put in a jar with water to cover. Twice a day,
rinse by flushing water thru jar, using large strainer or fingers. When they
sprout and grow roots, eat.
#5- RAW FRUITS eaten alone, between meals. Does not combine with protein or greens. Also dried fruits, eaten alone.Real fruits juiced also fine. I juice pomegranates from my tree in autumn, freeze as cubes, pop in bags, add to all drinks in winter..
#6- COMBINING GRAINS, PULSE TO GET PROTEIN- Believe it
or not, you COMBINE corn with beans or bulghur wheat with other grains, beans
or garbanzos, you end up with a whole protein. Corn Tortillas w. beans are why
Mexicans are so strong. For the complete list of combinations, read DIET FOR A
SMALL PLANET by Frances Moore Lappe. Avail any Healthfood, metaphysical book
store. The bible on food combining for protein.
#7: RAW GREEN VEGIES are a partial protein. With
butter/nuts, they become a whole PROTEIN. Best, most mucus -free to to saute
and skim dairy out of a pound of butter, keep it as ghee. Put dairy into cookie
batter, bake, give away.
#8 NON-MUCUS PRODUCING MILK: Amizake rice milk, almond flavored. Avoid soy
milk, many say it lines gut with plastic. FORD Co. hybridized beans to make
tires. We need to find original seed from orient. None here. Soak a cup of
almonds in water overnight. Peel. (while watching TV as it’s boring) Drop dried
off nuts in blender with 3 cups spring water, 1 tbsp honey, few drops almond
flavoring, TRITERATE, strain. Use the meal for cookies, cakes, fridge til you
use, not more than a day though. Or as a face scrub with yogurt, tumeric. Leave
on ½ hour as it removes dry skin. Keep in fridge.
#9. HUMMOUS: This is a high protein garbanzo bean mashed with sesame butter,
garlic, lemon, a delicious dip or sandwich. I use it as party fare with
home-made crispy, HUGE whole wheat crackers.
#10. GOOD PROTEINS, animal source if you want. Tuna used
to be great, but now ocean has too much MERCURY so WILD CAUGHT SALMON is best,
but wild salmon the only PURE one is hugely costly. FARM SALMON may NOT be OK.
As for imported frozen fish, Chinese imports are saturated in sulfites which
give headache. I have been able to that-rinse it off frozen fillets though.
GOOGLE the data on this. AND LIVER! We all need Vitamin B-12 so once a month,
fry liver and onions lightly, near raw. Fab taste, you have to love it!
Q&A: HOW WILL I
REPLACE white sugary CARBOHYDRATES? FRIED CRISP SNACKS?
#1-Sprouted grain
bread. Especially
BIBLE BREAD, made of sprouted grains only. More delicious than regular flour
bread. Use butter if by day but in MORNING, your homemade, low SUGARED, all-fruit
jam on it.
#2-Whole grain cookies made by you,
plenty of pecans, walnuts, honey in dough, no aluminum baking powder, only HFS
alum-free BP.
#3-WHOLE GRAINS/pulse-Basmati rice, bulgur
wheat, millet, quinoa, corn tortillas, beans, lentils, garbanzos, served with a
curried sauce over rice. Go to Indian restaurant to try this kind of eating.
Chinese for tofu in brown sauce w. black mushrooms. Local metaphysical
bookstores can direct U to vegie restaurants. Wheatena or oat cereal. Cream
combines better than milk. Honey better than sugar. MAPLE SYRUP is good if real.
#4 COCONUTS in any form,
Dried fruit, best is unsulphured.
#5 Cabbage almonds and sunflower seeds: Great snacks that are alive... for snacking one's way to high energy: Red/ green cabbage RAW cut in ribbons. Carry your baggie w. you when you go places, especially movies! Add to bag as wished. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds ground with a little sea salt. Other orality craving stoppers, soaked peeled almonds, a little baggie of them. Or do almonds with soaked raisins, not a lot, we don't want a sugar fix. Last fat free, low calorie tasty: sunflower seeds, for really teriff flavor should be heated in pan, Toasted slightly, soy sauce, low salt, just dashed over them, then stir it around to cover some of the seeds, not all. Cabbage is mega curative, helps kill parasites in body
WHAT ABOUT LUNCH
BAGS? ? No problem.
Hi-protein sandwich spreads like hummous, cheese/nut/lentil party dip type
sandwich spreads. TOFU EGG SALAD, (EGG-ZACTLY like the real thing in flavor but
hormones in it will make you YOUNG and unwrinkled. FOREVER. Never feel
menopause either. CLICK ABOVEV URL FOR RECIPEs,) FRUIT for dessert: homemade
whole grain baked goods, raisins, dried fruit.
AND THE NUMBER ONE THING FOR HEALTH, ORGANIC
DARK GREEN SALADS with lunch and dinner. You can even have a little meat if
you mix it with a salad. For health and power: whole washed carrots, celery
stalks, bags of greens, washed and plastic bagged. (NO head lettuce, only dark
leafy romaine, spinach, watercress, kale, avocado, tomato.).
OK, PROTEINS AND GRAINS BUT WHAT ELSE? every
fresh fruit, EATEN ALONE. Don't take fruit in same meal with other foods. Wait
one hour for fruit to leave STOMACH before you eat food.. Super Vegies:
carrots, broccoli, beets and for sweet tooth, dried unsulphured fruit,
yogurt w. honey.
WHAT NEW FOODS SHOULD I TRY? Carrot
juice, (and every other kind, pear, beet, apple, parsley mixed, made on a 30$
juicer bought at Discount house; green salads as a main course, hummous or the
tahini it's made with, tofu. Every high color vegie and fruit. SOLAR POWER!
WHAT FOODS MUST I QUIT? Pasta, white bread,
white rice, white anything, espec. White flour or so called whole grain flour,
which is beige….white sugar! QUIT canned juices, soda pop, sugar, gelatin,
nightshade vegies, (tomato /potato/ eggplant) head lettuce, aluminum baking
powder, UNRIPE citrus or pasteurized citrus, foods with weird chemicals on the
label. Processed food with shelf life (which is really just shelf death as only
DEAD things last YEARS on a market shelf, hence making them profitable;)
artificially flavor/color foods, caffeinated beverages which are diuretic, i.e.
dissolve bones out thru bladder, all Nutrasweet/ aspartame (causes MS).
CUT DOWN: cheese, dairy foods, (mucus
producing). Use cheese sparingly as a condiment sprinkled on TOP of vegetables.
WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE?: Chicken if grown free
range, and they all lie about if it is or isn't. CHICKEN is the most tortured
animal on the planet. They are fed their own feathers as meal which makes them
load you up with keratin for baldness,
white heads. Eat suffering critters and you will be depressed!
Much worse is the intelligent LAMB no VEAL as they are babies, taken from MOM
and suffer HUGELY! Eat Fish which are tranquil but ONLY if fresh caught as most
market fish is ten weeks old! SPORTS BOATS leave daily 7 AM just make it to the
pier. CLARIFIED BUTTER, (makes vegies both savory & more filling so you
don't need meat in the meal at all); melt a pound of butter, skim off dairy and
make into cookies, give away, keep the yellow oil in a jar in fridge. It
hardens into clarified butter. Eat dried unsulphured fruits, white yogurt which
bleeds whey when cut. SWEETEN with genuine maple syrup, rice bran syrup, raw
honey. Sugar kind of not very good food. Get WHOLE GRAIN EZEKIEL BREAD. Ask me
for details. If you like pizza, make it home-made whole grain pizza, but always
loaded with power vegies on top. I FORGIVE myself a grain if it makes me eat
vegies. I have a barrel of recipes that make vegies so tasty you will eat them.
Eat CHEESE in moderation, to season or adorn vegies, not by itself. It's too
heavy. All-fruit NO SUGAR jams are best. (I make my own jam, raspberry
and lemon peel/lemon juice, a super tart but REAL sugar fruit jam, ask me for
recipe) You can make jam with honey and grape concentrate. Drink bottled real
apple juice but not from concentrate.
WHAT NEW AGE SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD one TAKE?: Main
two: CHELATED MINERALS and digestive Enzymes, (lactase, amylase, protease);
Friendly bacteria like L-Salivarius or Acidophilus; Minerals, (often found in
alfalfa tablets or sea minerals) blue green or spirulina algae, bee pollen,
Calcium citrate (not other kinds which end up as plaque); High quality (like
Twin Labs) B-Complex. AND genuine Cobalymine Vit B-12, the kind that must be
fridged. I HAVE A FILE ON THIS. Supplier’s name, too. Bioflavenoid w. Vit C,
SOPORIFIC herb teas (valerian, passionflower, skullcap) for LONGER, deeper
& EARLIER sleep. Lastly, we all need to do 3 weeks on parasite herbs black
walnut, artemesia absynthia and pumpkin seeds, raw coconut meat, and cloves
powdered, in capsules because l00% of us are filled with flukes,worms, etc.
which are the real cause of cancer when combined with chemicals in environment.
Both must be REMOVED.
So remember, in life the main, main LAW is:
Whatever Creates Peace, DO IT. What ever doesn't, GET OFF IT. GET AWAY FROM IT.
DEAD FOODS do not create peace in any way. THEY GIVE ANXIETY, PANIC,
DEPRESSION, FATIGUE. If you flash that some CHOICE you are making COULD have a
price tag of unhappiness later, get away from it. Meat has such a price tag.
And not only $2.98 a pound! COSMIC PEOPLE who are high energy & make their
dreams come true are simply people who are better informed to making the guess
of what will take away peace later. If you read ordinary household magazines,
you know that science is coming to recognize the high health pricetag on meat,
heating oils until they become saturated, using tv dinners, dairy foods, salt,
sugar, fried chip snacks, caffeine, food w. chemical additives.....frozen
foods, canned foods, all the foods that you thought were normal to eat. Having
1 bowel movement a day is not health; THREE DAILY will occur when you're doing
salads for lunch and dinner. Tolerating stiffness, arthritis is not peace of
mind. Being broke all the time and sweating money or being sluggish about
hitting your career bases isn't either. IF you go on this semi-vegetarian diet
with the above POWER FOODS AND supplements, you will have more energy,
charisma, maybe start thinking of ways to make huge Money. Give the HOLISTIC
LIFESTYLE a try, for a few weeks. If the difference isn't day to night. QUIT,
no harm done. Usually, the second we abstain from junk foods or 'American
foods' and go holistic, our energy soars & the big luck hits! I know and YOU
KNOW this is what you want, so VOW to start now. If it doesn't work, then you
can ditch it but you and I know this is the start of all your dreams coming
true.

will-power beyond anything you've ever known. It is without a doubt, the most
amazing kriya in yoga. It does it by setting the naval point pulse correctly.
BEFORE YOU START. Lie on back, feel the pulse in
your belly button. Well, it's probably wandered around an inch or so, to lower
stomach or above button. We are going to straighten and align the POWER (or
'chi') center of the entire body but much MORE MIRACULOUS things will happen!
TO DO IT: Lie on your back on floor. (Soft bed
won't do.) INHALE, come up into "V" position, stare at toes. Fingers
to toes. INHALE DEEPER, all the way, HOLD! NEXT: HOLD that deep breath in for a
few seconds, then exhale as you lie down. Do this twice, to prepare stomach
muscles.
THEN, we do it the real way. Inhale slowly and
deeply as you come up into V; then do the "bellows" breath very fast
while you STAY in the V position. BELLOWS: nose-exhale completely OUT, hard and
fast, nose-inhale IN, hard and fast. Repeat once a second, 60 times per minute,
It sounds like a bellows blowing at a fire quickly. Do this in/out breathing as
many times as you can, in this V position. Then, when you can do no more, one
FINAL inhale, STAY UP, and you tighten the lower 2 centers (rectum, sex organs)
of the body, pull the belly button point IN VERY TIGHT to spine. HOLD until you
are shaking all over. Relax, exhale & lie down in one motion. Rest. Now, if
you feel the pulse at belly button it will be centered in the 'button.' You
will get up, notice no fatigue, no urge to eat, & no other unseemly
physical urges bothering you. Use to break attraction to food or unwished
romantic needs. It will, like magic. But it also MAGNIFIES & lifts the
energy of the body, the circulation to the top part of body, allowing you
supernatural states of concentration, intelligence, action, power, clarity and awareness.
2.) HIGHER CENTERING. Sit in above 'Lotus'
pose, Shut eyes. Slow breath by deep, regular breathing. Then, one final, deep
nose-inhale, pull energy up to 3rd eye, tighten the lower centers, see that
purple spot pulsing between eyes at brow level. Hold attention there.
Exhale/continue to focus on spot w. NO THOUGHTS, while you slow-breathe 3
breaths per min. Now, thinking becomes profound, deep, focused. Now, go into a
vivid daydream. Clear inner visions will come to you. Pretend your beloved comes
into room. Ask questions, "What do you really think" Pretend you hear
their answers. Ask questions; Make demands. Get agreements. This is a kind of
SOUL-to-SOUL RADIO and it really works. You get thru to people that way. And
their thoughts and feelings get through to you.
Yogis usually do their sadhana, or 'practice' in

instructing that grains be SOAKED first, then the water thrown away. Then ground
into dough. This is FLOUR free bread. Way different from even the best whole
grain flour bread. Chew it, and note.. no acid in the mouth. ANY bread made of
flour is acidic when chewed. Not bread made of soaked, sprouted grains. They
lose the phytic acid in that overnight soak and it's thrown away with the bath
water!
While a cup of black coffee may be too
MIND-stimulating, I find it useful. It is an addiction but as I'm addicted, I
cannot talk anyone out of it, I suppose.
God wants you to be rich as he is into abundance,
but it helps to be unafraid of frugality. Because then you’re neutral
minded. Cherish frugality. Cherish mending, washing and ironing. Not dry
cleaning. (CHEMICALS used give cancer, anyway, so never dry clean! Except at
the new chemical free shops, seek them online.) Cherish cutting your own hair,
coloring it yourself, NATURAL dyes from healthfood store only. Start putting it
up or rolling it on toilet paper rolls which make superb curlers. That’s $250
right there you saved. Put it into great, soft fabrics you can sew into GOWNS,
POSH BIZ suits, another 1000$ you saved.
You are God. Allow the God in you to come
out, to manifest. Soon you'll quit job, work in the arts, travel the world,
have $$, adoring friends who want to be with you. This has happened to ALL who
start the Spiritual Life. The top stars who KEEP their looks, and never have a
bleary day, who seem to stay looking the same forever, live this way. Now, you
must pay attention and do so as well.
KEEP
LIMBS LIMBER. Do intense, slow Stretches (yoga) with deep nose

Early PM - Maybe plain low-fat yogurt with granola and dried
cranberries, Blueberries, strawberries- or fresh veggies with humus
Dinner - Either a healthy homemade soup or something like
grilled salmon with veggies. Apple slices.A couple of cookies from Back to
Nature which I buy at Whole Foods. I also love whey protein drinks which I mix
with unflavored whey protein powder, 2 packets of Emergen-C orange, lite
cranberry juice and orange juice. I rarely drink, and if I do, it's only one
glass of wine, because much as I love the taste, it also puts me to sleep
