IRIDOLOGY - Your Key to Better Health

Through the science of Iridology, this information can be available to you very painlessly and inexpensively, just by having an iridologist look into your eyes. This IS a science by the way. If Alzheimers is visible in the retina, couldn't a lot be visible in sclera or iris too? The Wheelwright method says that the Sclera or eye WHITE has an accurate picture of stressed or destroyed organs in the red capillaries that POINT at a body area on the IRIS
Iridology is the study of the irides, the pigmented section of the eye next to the pupil. The iris is a reflective mechanism for the blood, the organs, the stomach, the colon, the skin, the skeletal structure, the lymphatic/circulatory system, the brain, and even the mental state of mind. Nerve impulsed messages are sent from these areas of the body by way of the central nervous system to the brain and 'reflexed' to the iris.
The indicators to look for are discolorations, spots, deep crevices, whiteness, greyness and certain shapes of the iris and pupil. If nothing shows up in the iris, if it is like a pale green, gold or blue piece of finely woven silk, there is virtually no disharmony or dis-ease in the body. When the iris is stained a dark brown or is torn up like rough burlap, there's work to be done!
When there are very few indicators of toxins, imbalances, stress, inherited weaknesses and dis-ease in the iris, this person is said to have a strong constitution. When there are torn areas, stains, holes, signs of disharmony in the body, this person is one who would benefit by a conscious effort to improve his health.
The best way to improve the health is to improve the diet. People ask me, how does one start? Well, bite the bullet. You begin by eliminating meat from the diet, especially red meat and pork because it is very hard to digest and eliminate from the system and because of the parasites, fat and chemicals in it. Eliminate milk and diary products. These are very mucous forming and current statistics indicate that about 80% of the black population and most Asians are allergic to dairy products.
Next, eliminate processed foods, such as white sugar and white flour products as they tend to turn to glue in the intestines. Consider eliminating alcohol, all drugs (including caffeine beverages) and bye bye chemicals (check your food labels!) because these inorganic substances are non-foods, overtax the body, cause chemical imbalances and will usually not be broken down to pass through the system but are stored either in the liver or the tissues where they cause damage.
Next, drink good water and plenty of liquids. The earth is 75% water and so is the body. (Avoid city water with flouride. It deadens the brain.) We should also ingest food that has a high moisture content, such as fresh, raw fruits and vegetables and the raw juices you make at home from them. Eat green salads. Chew raw nuts and sprouts. (The perfect food for Y2k would be mung bean sprouts. Get 50 lbs and store in a can with a piece of dry ice. You can make delicious kitchiri with it, simmering it with rice, or sprout the beans for a salad in the dead of winter!) Most of these natural foods also have a high fiber content which helps with proper elimination (3 bowel movements a day) and they contain anti-oxidants which repair every cell in the body, inhibit the formation of free radical formation. Free radicals are tiny insane, loose electrons formed by cooking oxygen foods, heating oils and meat. They will riddle our cells with tiny holes, and causes cells to fall apart, age, creating a lack of oxygen in the body. Anti-oxidant rich food can actually repair free radical damage to cells and blood platlets. Last of all, anti-oxidant rich food is know to prevent cancer. So fill the fridge with living, brightly colored food.
The body is built, maintained and healed at a cellular level. To produce healthy live cells in the body you should eat live foods, foods which have not been cooked. We should avoid foods that have been sprayed or processed. Most of what is on the shelves of a modern supermarket is food that no Califiornia healthfooder would touch. Californians eat what is on the outer walls of the market, in the refrigerated 'fresh' section. Mostly, they shop at healthfood stores where the produce is unsprayed and clerks are knowledgeable about new herbs and vitamins.
You may want to consult someone about adding herbs, vitamins and mineral supplements to your diet. The healthfood store is where you find them. Herbs are like food; they feed, balance and heal the body. Vitamins, minerals and enzymes help to provide ingredients which have been depleted from the soil and food. You may also want to seek advice regarding allergies. Most allergies can be overcome and/or controlled by cleansing, balancing and de-toxing the body.
Cleansing the colon will help to facilitate de-toxing the body. The colon, like the iris, is a very important reflex organ. If the colon has become a cesspool, instead of a working sewage disposal system, you will begin to pollute the whole body and it will be visible in the eye. For instance, HIGH CHOLESTEROL, plaque.
The gray circle can often just be at top of eye. This is a syndrome of all
veins and capillaries plugged with plaque made up of salt and fat.
Most doctors see that above ring, they say 'these are cataracts and you need surgery.' That would be like tearing down all the mirrors in your house because you don't like looking at how you're aging, and where you're aging. YOU NEED those highway signs! You want to treat the condition that is SHOWN by that arcus senilus ring or those pockets of destroyed tissues.
FIRST thing to do is switch to a system of food combining. Your meat is MORE occasional and is served with salad and non starchy vegies. You digest that perfectly, no fermenting, burping or injured kidneys from undigested protein going through Meat requires an acid digestion. No sugars milk or flour/ grains/ rice or potatoes in the same meal. STARCHES are eaten with salad/green vegies, no PROTEIN or DAIRY in that meal. Grow organic when you can, it's got 14 times the organic minerals as agri business vegies. Ditch the pills with inorganic MINERALS. Usual INORGANIC minerals that we get too much of, which get stored in body would be salt, magnesium, espec. calcium and these three exist in ORGANIC form in VEGIES, FRUITS. Those can melt out or chelate the INORGANIC version which is in the scummy vein choking plaque that ages us. SO CELERY OR WATERMELON JUICE fresh and raw, chelate or melt SODIUM PLAQUE out of arteries, capillaries.
Their INORGANIC FORM gets into our body thru salting food, certain mineral supplemenets. THEY ARE ALL INORGANIC and they will deposit theselves, their grainy self, in all the tiniest capillaries, mostly at top of body (brain, visible as arcus senilus.) There's way less circulation upstairs due to gravity. That all round arcus senilus on the eye is not JUST a baby cataract starting, -- that is the incipient form of arterial sclerosis !!! But don't worry. Simply remove inorganic minerals from your supplements and drink the ORGANIC MINERAL juices ( celery juice especially) which chelates hard inorganic minerals. i.e. MELTS them away. I mix my celery with carrot, apple, beet (a quarter to half at a time, next day the other half,) and it's delicious!
Thru CELERY you get organic sodium, ditto thru watermelon. Through greens you get organic calcium, potassium etc, with a slice of a beet for organic magnesium and these juices between meals will chelate the INORGANIC minerals in your veins. That stops the 'symptom' showing up on iris, and the SYNDROME from progressing. May even take away the sediment you HAVE now. So every trip to market, one beet or two, l celery, a pineapple a watermelon. Last time I was there, Walmart had a thirty buck juicer.
To stay young, be powerful, bright and healthy we need exercise, a positive projection and outlook on life, some form of spiritual practice to make us happy, so that we don't use toxic foods as a mood enhancer, which they are not! We need a clear, mental state of mind in order to obtain and maintain a high level of wellness and that is found through power blood nutrients that feed the brain, and then through circulation that brings that powerful blood to the brain.
The key words that come to mind regarding Iridology are 'detection and prevention. ' A lot of inherited weaknesses in the body are not symptomatic. In other words, you may not be experiencing any pain or discomfort, but if an iris analysis indicates a weakness in that area, you could begin to holistically heal, balance and prevent a possible illness.
No one knows your body as well as you do. You've lived in it, fed it, suffered its minor aches and pains.
