Even after we met but that’s okay.

For now.

I’ve been with others, trying to forget him.

Doesn’t work.

Once we truly declare our feelings to each other, he’s mine.

All mine.

We’ve danced around this issue.

Far too long.

We’ve hinted but never said.

That was the mistake.

He doesn’t seem to realize that yet.

That’s alright.

His heart knows it even if his head won’t admit it.

It’s the truth.

Years of tension, of desire, of yearning.

Years of heartbreak.
