The progressed Sun

"Having discovered and studied my astrocartography maps for several years, I have come to realize that I have been UNCONSCIOUSLY following my progressed SUN for many years! At the time of my birth in 1952, the SUN/ASC was located in the Pacific ocean, just off the coast of California. The SUN on the Ascendant (SUN/ASC) is a wonderful aspect and a great place to put the SUN on on angle in an astrology chart because the SUN on the Ascendant is RISING. The rising or ascendant represents incarnation and the birth of an individual's personality...the rising of the SUN on the Eastern horizon is the dawning of the light! And the light shines on all that come into contact with this energy. Here is my story, and the paintings I have done over the years reflect the light of my progressed SUN.....as it moves by progression to the East....Why, I have asked, is the SUN so significant in my chart? The Part of Fortune (7th house) in my natal chart is almost exactly square my 11th house SUN: (22Pisces59) and it falls at 23:05 Sagittarius...so that's Sabian Symbol 24 Sagittarius- "The Bluebird of Happiness", and it's an indication that good fortune will bless my life...not bad! Also by using Rob Couteau's "least aspected planet" theory, the SUN is tied with Venus as the least aspected in my chart...perhaps Mars shares the tie if the orb is reduced to 1 degree....At any rate, the SUN is what I have discovered that I have been following over the years, to places represented either by natal location: (Brazil, Sun/MH) or by secondary progression location: (California, Sun/ASC, then Mexico, Sun/ASC). The natal position of my SUN is exactly at the midpoint between Jupiter and Venus. So, SUN=Venus/Jupiter. I have also taken many journeys to areas where Venus is hitting an angle in my chart: (France, Italy, Venus/DSC) and (Hawaii, Venus/ASC) or where VENUS is on the local space (Florida)....I've also been drawn to locations where Mars is: (Italy, Mars/IC) and (Cozumel, Mars/DSC). But it is the progressed SUN that I have been following since it arrived in California out of the Pacific ocean in 1973, and here are a few samples of paintings I have done over the years, inspired by the places I unconsciously followed, and now consciously follow, along the path of the progressed SUN..."
