I enjoy my down time, but seem to road trip too much. I run in the USATF-NE Mountain Series, and the Grand Tree a trail race
series.
Then there is the High Pointers Club.
I play with chemicals for a living.
I still hang out with the guys I went to high school with. Another circle of friends are running buddies.
Did I mention the Connecticut River Raft Race.
So many activities and so little time.

What a Hobby!
I am a member of the High Pointers Club. My goal is to do all 50 states. Alaska and Hawaii have to wait until I am retired.
My ideal vacation is two weeks in the car driving in the Rockies and hiking and camping. What a way to see America.

Favorite Hikes
I try to make it up Katahdin once a year.
Granite in Montana is very hard, but a ruggedly beautiful area.
Hawkeye Point in Iowa is most wholesome feeling.
I run races up Mt Washington and Mt Greylock.
