Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy $70/hour, $100/hour & a half
A dance of healing on your back, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy is deep compression effleurage delivered
with the massage therapist's bare feet using overhead bars for balance and support. The client rests comfortably on
a standard massage table. A modern refinement of ancient techniques, Ashiatsu provides the deepest, most luxurious massage
on the planet without painful poking. Especially effective for the lower back, spinal erectors, shoulders, glutes and
hamstrings, this technique is shown to actually increase the intervertebral disc space resulting in fluidity of movement and
pain relief.

Swedish/Deep Tissue $60/hour, $85/hour & a half
Skillful hands stroke, knead and compress muscles for whole-body relaxation that restores and rejuvenates.
Includes acupressure and deep tissue techniques, which may be left out for those who need or prefer lighter pressure.
Therapeutic Massage $35/half hour
A shorter session focusing on specific therapeutic purposes, drawing heavily from acupressure
and deep tissue techniques. Or a session, usually with lighter pressure, for those with health challenges
that make a longer session uncomfortable.

Oils, add $5
Hot Lavastone $100/hour & a half
Melt away the stresses of the day and boost the toxin-releasing effects of massage with a luxurious
Hot Lavastone treatment. Smooth hot stones of basalt and lava from Mount Saint Helens glide over your muscles on luxurious
oils, lending their weight and inherent energy to Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques and bringing ancient rituals
of relaxation and cleansing blissfully into the present. A soothing and nurturing experience that includes your choice
of Young Living essential oils. Not suggested for women who are pregnant or may be pregnant.
Chair $1.50/minute
On-site chair massage is available for your group (Carol does this weekly for staff at M.D.
Anderson Cancer Center.) Just 100 minutes of massage (for example, five 20 minute sessions) will waive the travel fee
in the Houston Metro area. Please call for details.

Outcalls for hour and a half Swedish/deep tissue sessions may be available in the Houston
